Management CreateAPlan allows you keep a close eye on productivity.  Not just closed transactions but also the core activities your agents need to do each week to meet their income goal.  It works together with Agent CreateAPlan to form a tightly integrated management tool.

The purpose of Management CreateAPlan is to give brokers and managers easy to use tools to assist agents define, build and stay on track of their business plan. Inside Management CreateAPlan, you can access agents’ business plans and make changes, create productivity reports and monitor user activities.

Each of the management reports allows for customization by selecting all or just a few of the agents using Agent CreateAPlan.

  • Agent Summary Report
    Summerizes all the business plans from agents in your office using Agent CreateAPlan.


  • Sources of Business Report
    Summerizes the various Sources of Business entered by agents using Agent CreateAPlan. In the Management package you can set defaults for certain Sources of Business so you can see how many transactions will be closed from those particular sources.


  • Master Activity Log Report
    Displays the last four weeks of Activities and Appointments entered into the Activity Log by your agents.


  • Office Plan Versus Actual
    Tallies current Closed Listing and Buyers and associated earnings by agent.


  • Current Listing Report
    Displays all Listings entered that have not been closed or terminated by the agent.
